Talgat Kenesbayev was born in 1961 in Semipalatinsk area. After termination of 8 classes he pastured for 3 years. Later the technical school Talgat Kenesbayev became a qualified tractor operator. While studding in the University he worked as a guardsman. Has several prose books.
