Zhusipbek Korgazbek was born on February 6, 1961 in Almaty area. In 1984 graduated from journalism faculty. The same year started to work in the Republican newspaper "Zhas Alash", published his works in the newspaper «Kazak adebiety», continued as the newspaper reporter, then as the senior journalist, the head of the department, and the deputy editor-in-chief. Worked as the editor-in-chief of newspapers «Kazak adebiety», "Zhas Alash". Today Zhusipbek Korgazbek works as the director general in children's publishing house «Zhas orken».
In 1985 in Zhalyn publishing house a collection of verses «Kogildyr keruen» was published, in 1995 his collection of stories came out. In 2001 received the "Tarlan Umit" award. Zhusipbek Korgazbek is an Honored worker of Kazakhstan (1998).
