Bulekbayev Sagadi is the assistant professor, the professor, the Doctor of Philosophy, was born on February 23, 1946 in the village Budyonny of the Taldy-Kurgan area. His scientific directions are Psychological sciences, Philosophical sciences.
In 1973 Bulekbayev Sagadi graduated the Philosophical economics faculty of the S.M.Kirov Kazakh State University.
From 1973 to 1980 he worked as the teacher, the senior teacher of chair of philosophy of the E.A.Buketov Karaganda State University.
From 1980 to 1988 worked as the senior teacher, and then as the associate professor of history of philosophy and logic of philosophical economics department of the Al Farabi Kazakh State University.
From 1988 till 1994 Bulekbayev Sagadi worked as the manager chairs of social and economic disciplines of the Kazakh State Architectural and Construction Academy.
Since 1994 till 2007 with several breaks he worked as the assistant professor, then was the professor of chair of social and humanitarian disciplines of the Kazakh Humanities Legal University.
Since August 2007 Bulekbayev Sagadi is the manager chairs of the international relations, the vice rector on scientific work, the professor of chair of the international relations of the Abylay khan Kazakh University of the International Relations and World Languages.
Bulekbayev Sagadi wrote the dissertation on a subject «The social and philosophical analysis of correlation of economy and the state».
Awards, ranks: Bulekbayev Sagadi is twice awarded by Certificate of honor of the Minister of Education and Science of RK, the owner of a breastplate of the Minister of Education and Science of RK «Honourable worker of a science of RK», the letter of thanks of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the owner of the grant «The best teacher of higher education institution in 2011».
Bulekbayev Sagadi is the author of more than 130 scientific works. The area of his main scientific interests includes philosophy history, history and culture of the Turkic people, social philosophy, logic, problems of economy and the state, a problem of the international relations, consciousness problems.
Bulekbayev Sagadi is the author of the following monographs: «An economy and state correlation in alternative systems», «Problems of social justice», «Problems of the modern international relations», «The Kazakhstan way in a dilemma: East or West?» «Kazakhstan and the adjacent with it states in the world of global transit», «A consciousness phenomenon: a new view» in a co-authorship. He has publications in Russia (six articles), Ukraine, Poland, the Netherlands, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan. Two publications in the magazine with a high Sсopus impact-factor (Elsevier, the Netherlands). Bulekbayev Sagadi is also the author of 7 manuals and one textbook on Logic. Under his academic supervision four candidate and two doctoral dissertations were defended. He is the owner of a republican grant «The best teacher of higher education institution in 2011». Bulekbayev participated in development of several scientific projects of Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministries of culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2011 he won the grant of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of basic researches for 2012-2014, and also participate in development of a similar grant of Ministry of Education and Science won by staff of faculty of philosophy and political science of the Al-Farabi KazNU.
