Baybolova Madina is a writer, professional HR-manager, Daniyal Baybolov’s wife, have three children: Amina (2003), Asan (2006) and Alikhan (2011).
She was born in Oskemen city, only child in family of metallurgist and nurse.
In the middle of Post-Soviet crisis the family by efforts of her mother Madina, who is always aspired to bigger of possible, moved to Almaty, district Tastak, where Madina went to the 6th class of the school №34, which subsequently became a gymnasium lodged in the residential district in 1992. The writer finished this school with the diploma of a special sample in 1998, in that time diplomas were given instead of medals.
At the same year Madina Baybolova went into Kazgau (the former Narkhoz), on faculty “Management and Marketing” and finished in 2002 with the red diploma. At the age of 19 years, when she was third year student, she started working in the pharmaceutical company of her uncle, and in two years up to the termination of university she received the most important professional skills which she still uses.
Since 2004 she lives in Astana. After arriving she got a job in only the arising real estate business agency – Best Realty. She began with the realtor's position, two years she worked with clients of agency: diplomats and Ambassadors of the different countries, foreign staff of oil and finance companies. It very much broadened her horizons, where she got invaluable experience of communication with representatives of the different countries and was convinced that, despite cultural and historical distinctions, first of all, we are people, with identical universal values. In company Madina went the way from the realtor to the director, since 2011 she is the co-owner of business, and responsible for advertizing and HR.
In 2010 she married Daniyal Baybolov, and in 2011 gave birth to their son.
