Kalmyrzaev Abdesh – public figure, scientist, doctor of philology science (1990), professor (1991).
Graduated philology faculty of KazHU (Kazakh humanitarian university) named after Al-Farabi (1961) at academy of science of Communistic Party of Soviet Union (1981).
In 1961-85 was literary employee, a managing director of department in newspaper editorial office “Социалистік Қазақстан” (nowadays “Егемен Қазақстан”), in Communistic Party of Kazakhstan the instructor of propaganda and propaganda department, the deputy manager of department, 1985-90 the secretary of party of Kokshetau area, 1990-94 the editor of the Almaty higher school of political science and management, since 1994 the editor-in-chief of the magazine “Мысль”.
He was awarded with order “Құрмет белгісі” (1976), “Достық” (1998), and medal “10 years of Independence of Kazakhstan”.
