Karlygash Kabay was born on December 26, 1997, in the village of Kudaykol, located in the city of Ekibastuz, Pavlodar Region. She is a graduate of Eurasian National University and Ordu University, situated in Turkey's Black Sea region. Currently, she is a PhD candidate specializing in Old Turkic languages. Karlygash is a member of the International Union of Innovative Young Turkic Writers. Her poems have been published in Kyrgyz, Turkish, and Azerbaijani editions. She is the author of the poetry collection Do Sharp Minor (2023).
