Askarov Kairat was born on January 13, 1977 in village Besoba of Karkaraly area, Karagandy region.
He finished boarding-school No.2 named after N.Nurmakov and graduated from Karagandy State University named after E.A. Buketov, philological faculty.
The winner of international festival “Shabyt”. He is the winner of numerous state awards and competitions. Due to assignment of Ministry of culture and information his collection of verses under the title “Дауыс” (“Voice”) was published by publishing house “Zhalyn” on June 2011.
